Since Philly TV covers Ocean county quite well I would like to know if they on rare occasions cover Monmouth County they are borderline counties to Philly DMA do they ever jump that border?

In my experience, rarely. They may go to Freehold if something big is going on criminal wise. The OTA signal really only covers western Monmouth well, anyway.
