Monmouth-Ocean Arbitrends: March-April-May 2011

Quite a drop for country WKMK 106.3.
Only reason I can think of is the departure of drive time personality and PD Captain Jack.

could the afternoon shuffle be behind the drop? could be since the music still sounds good, for country fans anyway and the promotion is still good. Moreover the point is doing good being now number one for music in mocean. What i like about the point is they dont brag and make up stupid tag like other stations who claim their " offical station of summer: cough b985.Otherwise nj1015 steady, wobm fm and the breeze down which is weird, and wrat doing better. what everyone else think.

WBBO & WJRZ should have been flipped yesterday. These cellar-dwelling stations are showing little to no signs of improvement over their anemic numbers. They're just the odd losers out in the crowded Top 40 and Soft Rock fields respectively, and it's time for both to move on. It's about time someone filled the gaping Alternative & News/Talk format holes around here.

The B could be a really good dance station...oh wait that was a "no-no" within a week that happened. Now their weekday mixshow DJ left and only having 2 originals from the Hit 106 era, leaving no mixshows on Fridays now. Come on B. :-[
