Montana's FOX KLMN Great Falls,and KBTZ Butte-Bozeman

Are these FOX stations that are recently acquired by Max Media on the air or off the air? I know KMMT FOX 17 is still on the air, but other fox stations that listed in tvradioworld.com said its "off the air" Could someone tell me if they are on the air or off the air? Thanks.

Don't know about KBTZ but KLMN is on the air rebroadcasting the feed from KMMF in Missoula. KLMN is not on cable or satellite.

Max Media doesn't own these stations outright yet because of objections raised by the owners of the CBS affiliates. Max Media wants a waiver to own two stations in these markets. The situation in Great Falls is a big mess. Both KLMN and KTGF are showing FOX programming. The people who bought KTGF from Max Media filed a response in support of Max Media. If the sale is approved KTGF would become the sole FOX station and KLMN will become something else (WB?).

I used to live in Bozeman. I was disappointed when KCTZ-7 changed to CBS from FOX. I was in Bozeman in August and KBTZ-24 was not on the air at that time. The cable system there still uses the network feed. I have been wondering when KBTZ will get on the air.
