Mike, I agree. A local Ron Chapman show would (probably) be stronger locally than a syndicated version. I say probably because national shows typically get better guests. Seascrest's show will be huge, because he can get ANYONE on the show. Whoever is the hottest, hottest ticket of the day will be on his show.

Don't think the local afternoon jock on KHKS can quite make that claim.

But, as there are very few Chapmans and Seacrests on the planet, the question most often is "local OR great"...let's face it, good help is hard to find.

I do work with stations in Philadelphia and Washington DC. As for my largest market past that, I would say Cleveland-Indianapolis-Columbus-Pittsburgh-Buffalo-Saint Louis.
