More Changes May Be On the Way at Capital/Old Next - Wilmington

Rumor has it, that another person will be leaving a Cap/NextMed Wilmington station. Guess who? ::)

After Jerry Mac went back OH, Justin Wright left & went up to NY, and now the morning show may need a new co-host come next month. What's going on over there?

I'm not from there. I here things from a friend of a friend there. I heard they left because of new management. They aren't happy with the changes that have come about. And I've been reading that Cap was a great company to work for. So I don't know if it's the company or a particular person. I just heard a new boss is why many were looking for something new elsewhere. But like I said before, it's all water cooler talk...

WAZO(aka Z-107.5)may not be that much longer, Sunrise Broadcasting, the
subsidary of Raleigh's Capitol Broadcasting, has a CP in place as of December
8th, 2008 to increase their power to 100,000 watts, and if the change takes
place, it may happen by the start of the Spring 2009 ratings period.
