More for CW... A Few Surprises

More new stations joining The CW... quite a few surprises.

Despite many predictions, The CW in Tucson is going to KWBA-58 rather than KTTU-18, which IIRC has a better signal.

Also surprising: WRBJ-34, which has little or no signal into Jackson. I would have expected to see The CW on WDBD-40. Wonder if the recent announcement of MyNet coming to WUFX-35 means that Fox will be returning to WDBD?

Although KTTU has its signal in Tucson proper, KWBA is a higher-performing station. Cascade Broadcasting has been successful at turning what some would call "marginal" and upstart signals and turn them into some of the best-performing WB affiliates in the country.

It could also be that Belo plans to affiliate KTTU with MY Network as well.

As for FOX returning to ch. 40 in Jackson, MS, I kinda doubt it. If anything, that station will probably get the MY Network as well.

Just my opinion :)

Cheers :)
