More HD-2 markets

So when will the HD backers announce more markets where they'll roll out HD-2s?

Interesting that markets like St Louis, Phoenix, Nashville, San Antonio, Fresno, and such were left out of the original 28. Will these markets see the next round of announcements?
______________

I'd look for them to come on or around March 31, when the last set of Clear Channel HD-2s are scheduled to go on the air (in El Paso...I think...). Just a hunch. :)
______________

I don't understand why most of the large FM groups in Phoenix haven't jumped aboard with IBOC yet. The only FM that's running HD Radio is Bonneville's KPKX (The Peak) and they are experimenting with an all-'80s HD2.

I might just be the only listener they have with their HD2 for the time being.
