At least four full time programming individuals shown the door at COX. Ya think any of the upper management yahoos have had their big paychecks trimmed?
 
the idividuals were cut from other departments...not programming
 
Any chance that the sorry individual that programs the sad, musical re-run-a-thon on Tragic 105.3 FM gets escorted to the pavement? I can't believe that 105.3 is still playing most of the same old, ancient, worn out, crap that I was forced to listened to 15 years ago, every excrutiating hour after hour up until noon. Why can't they expand their library? Why does anyone intentionally listen to that? How does that station stay on the air without a format change for so long? The old KQXT elevator music of the 70's would be much more palatable and endurable.

Radio is dead if it isn't It's waiting to be put out of It's misery. Plain and simple someone got a raise/ promotion and in order to justify the new position four good employees who are trying to feed their families are kicked to the curb.
