More 'local' news in QC

And I do mean "local"-- as in "Local 4" is planning a 4pm newscast to start next month. Looks like Nexstar is living up to it's reputation with local news in the Quad Cities. And KGCW will air a repeat of Local 4's 10pm news late at night. Here's my question: When will Fox 18 have the speculated newscast as well as a morning news?
