More new Austin translators coming on-air soon

So there's this 92-9 translator in Austin who's CP expires at the end of November to rebroadcast KVLR. But does 92-5 need the translator? I thought KVLR had good Austin coverage. EMF filed a app today for KVLR that asks for downgraded power compared to their construction permit. However, both the translator and main station are transmitting from the same location. Both stations are pretty close for coverage as well, according to their paperwork.

According to the application filed from last year, the licensee intends on broadcasting the HD-2 from KVLR, if available.
 
If they are using HD and have a HD-2 with Air 1, that is likely. I don't have an HD radio and I live near Nashville, so I wouldn't know unless someone there chimes in.

Nashville is the de facto center of CCM and they have a translator airing Air 1. K-Love is on a full-market signal. EMF has three signals in the Austin area for K-Love.
