CASSIE "LONG WAY 2 GO"

Meh. If you liked "Me & U", you'll like this one, since it's the same song. Yet another top 5 hit.

BEYONCE "RING THE ALARM"

I heard a few samples from her album, but didn't define a "hit", and that goes for this one as well. As big as Deja Vu.

AKON "I WANNA LOVE YOU"

As much as I like it, I don't see a hit here. Snoop needs to learn he can't collabrate in R&B songs. Period.

NELLY FURTADO "MANEATER"

Top 5 and potential #1, this song is just as hot as "Promiscuous".

PUSSYCAT DOLLS "WAIT A MINUTE"

HOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT! This is one of there hottest singles, and I actually like it, maybe it could be that it features Timbaland? Top 5.

PARIS HILTON "NOTHING IN THIS WORLD"

Geez, do I even have to go over this? It's your typical pop-dance fluff song. Now that's it's almost fall, I don't see this getting very big.

KILLERS "WHEN YOU WERE YOUNG"

If it gets enough promotion, it has the potenial to be as big as it's similar single, Mr. Brightside. The riff is catchy, most should like it. Top 10 if it gets promotion, if not, top 30.

CASSIE "LONG WAY 2 GO"

Cassie's another 1-dimensional come-and-go pop singer. This song will probably not do as good as her debut single, but it has a chance. Top 15 at best.

BEYONCE "RING THE ALARM"

Haven't heard it yet; but I was shocked that Deja Vu didn't go far.

AKON "I WANNA LOVE YOU"

Well, Snoop collaborating in R&B songs has been working so far. Akon has great potential in the Pop charts, and along with Snoop Dogg this song could be a smash.

NELLY FURTADO "MANEATER"

Not as good as Promiscuous. Top 20 at best.

PUSSYCAT DOLLS "WAIT A MINUTE"

Yeah this is old news here in Detroit....WKQI has been playing it since April, and dropped it from their playlist a few weeks ago....it was also featured in a Best Buy commercial several months ago...but apparently the rest of America is catching up now and realizing how hot this song really is, and with Timbaland featured on this track, it could be a #1 hit. But I don't see it going any further than Top 10.

PARIS HILTON "NOTHING IN THIS WORLD"

I don't think anyone is even giving Paris a chance to succeed in the music industry; no one seems to like her. I doubt this song will even break Top 40.

KILLERS "WHEN YOU WERE YOUNG"

I personally love this song, it is huge in alternative land right now, and it has great pop potential, especially after The Killers' last two Top 10 songs (Somebody Told me, Mr. Brightside). I say it'll be just as big as their 2005 hits.

NELLY FURTADO "MANEATER"

This isn't a remake of the original maneater song? "Whoa here she comes watch boy she'll chew you up....." I hate it when I can't remember the artist's name.

PARIS HILTON "NOTHING IN THIS WORLD"

Today, VH1 reruned Blender Magazine's 50 most awsomely bad songs from 2004. Blender needs to add 50 more awsomely bad songs and put Paris's Stars Are Blind and this new hit in the top 2.

You consider Stars Are Blind to deserve the #2 spot if they were to make a 2005 or 2006 issue? Please. It would make it but not number 2. You obviously don't remember or haven't heard of "L.O.V.E.", "London Bridge (Oh Snap)", "Grillz", "Laffy Taffy", "My Humps", "Haven't Found", "Lean Wit It Rock Wit It", and so on.

And personally, I liked more songs in 2004 than 2005 and 2006 combined.

What I meant to say is, the Blender Magazine 50 Most Awesomely Bad Songs was put out in 2004. The 50 songs on the list were songs were mostly from the 80s, 90s and early 2000s. Unfortunately, there has been so many awful songs put out since the list was made that it needs to be updated to reflect that.

Didn't they also make a worst songs of 2004 one? All I remember was Sorry 2004, Dip It Low, and a Nickelback song were on it and Drop It Like It's Hot was the most ridiculous dance song.
