According to news reports on Radio and records, Citadel is said to be in negotiations to aquire ABC radio Owned and operated stations which would probably include Radio Disney's WBYU 1450 bringing Citadel it's 1st AM in the market.
Radio Tropical KGLA 1540 wins award
KGLA according to reports has been announced as a recipiant of the 2006 NCLA (National Council of La Raza) Capital Award for Public Service for their work of informing the hispanic community and work during Hurricane Katrina. The award will be presented in Washington DC in March.
