Hawthorne Heights - Saying Sorry: I've heard this song alot lately. Ughhhh emo, so frustrating and repetitive but the kids will love it.

Field Mob & Ciara - So What: I have a feeling this song will be huge. Has a pretty good beat too.

Ne-Yo - When Your Mad: A little too much like Usher, in fact I almost thought it was. People seem to love him though, so itll be big.

Shinedown - I Dare You: I was a bit surprised to hear this on CHR yesterday, not sure how it will fair. I really like these guys though.

Flipsyde - Someday: Twiztid meets Cypress Hill. Thats about the best analogy I can draw. haha.

I LOVE the Hawthorne Heights song ... and I'm almost 39 ! They sound very Fall Out Boy / All-American Rejects like, and it's no wonder - all three bands are currently touring the country together.

THE MAJOR

There's a way better Flipsyde song that a lot of CHRs are playing it. It's called "Happy Birthday", and is a bit controversial as it touches on the subject of abortion. Features great vocals from one of the girls from T.A.T.U.

I don't care for emo but this is a great track. Probably rock-friendly CHRs would take a spin on this.

I only heard it once and think it's great.

It sounds a little like Usher and I like 'So Sick' better but maybe it'll grow on me.

Shinedown should of had other CHR crossover hits earlier like '45' and 'Save Me.' Hopefully CHR would accept this.

I like this track. It reminds me of Black Eye Peas but not overrated (yet).<P ID="signature">______________

Just a guess that most of the people who responded with "too R&B" or "sounds like Usher" are guys?

Remember, most men listen for the music...most women listen for the lyrics...translation Ne-Yo = HIT.
