More "Teter on the Edge"

I don't usually listen to the radio during the early afternoon because I'm too busy working for a living but apparently "Teter on the Edge" with Rich Teter is now on 5 days a week from 1 - 3 p.m. One less affiliate for Laura Ingraham but more local on the radio. Good move by WCRN-AM 830.

Their schedule doesn't have the show listed yet but given their track record for timely updates in the past, he may have a new timeslot by the time the daily schedule is updated. :D

Teter has been on Wed Thu and Fri the last few weeks. He says on the show that he will be 5 days a week in March. Maybe CRN has to finish up with L Ingraham's deal?. I like his show-I like the local. He makes a good lead in to Howie Carr's show, and he has had some well known people on like Gulliani, Gingrich, and Hannah Teter from the Olympics ( Geez that must've been a tough get). Today Jack Hanna was on talking about the killer whale thing. I agree good move CRN Now let's see how long it takes to get it on the website. any over-under?

Does he pay for the time, a la Jeff Santos on WWZN?

He mentions a bunch of sponsors so I doubt it. He does voice overs for a couple of sponsors as well. And he has been there for about a year doing once a week with Blute in the am, Teter on The Edge has been on a couple months on Friday only so again I doubt he's doing what you're saying Santos does.

None of that reduces the likelihood that he is buying the time. In fact, his doing voice overs for sponsors who buy time on his show could be a tip-off that he is buying the time. I have no inside info, but the station's history with brokered time and the possibility of a connection between the talent and the sponsors certainly suggests that Teter could be buying the time.
