More WBPM audio issues...

Over the last couple of days WBPM has been sounding like a low bit rate MP3 including sporadic audio glitches and other digital artifacts.

I'm guessing it's an issue with the studio/tower link. Someone didn't account for the foliage when caculating out the fresnel zone... ???

I first noticed this latest hiccup problem a couple of weeks ago. It seemed to straighten out for a few days, but then it returned. Perhaps ulster co is correct.

Granted PAMAL has issues because of the long distance between studio and transmitter, but they really did not do their homework .Since the problem is intermittent, perhaps the weather is also contributing factor .In any event while WBPM's, audio quality is not as good as it was .While we are on the subject of Classic Hits 92.9 is anybody else sick of the same sounders being played over and over, between each song .Overall however they still get an A for the music mix.
