The Highway (Channel 56) played Morgan Wallen's current single, "Sand in my Boots," this morning on Storme Warren's show. This marks the first time his music has been played on SXM since the tape with the racial slur surfaced many months ago. Interesting timing, to say the least, considering he was persona non grata just two nights ago at the CMA Awards. I haven't seen any news of further repentance from Wallen beyond what he's already said repeatedly, so I wonder what the motivation was.
