I found a couple of errors in the article the Morning Call published recently about advertising being down on local radio and tv stations in the Lehigh Valley. Poor Ken Matthews who for years worked at 'WLEV FM'; I wonder if he remembers any of those fine moments he had on the air there. I also wonder after Rich Lewis from Clear Channel said in essence that 'no staff were budget cuts'.........I guess Kelly Travis just 'walked out' one day and never came back.........I would have like to have read what the other 43% of Lehigh Valley residents were listening to instead of Lehigh Valley radio and what is being done to generate revenue to survive the downward trend in the current ecomony.......Also, is local the way to go or should we just let the computers do the work and syndicate everything? or did i waste the 7 minutes typing this (hunt and peck is not the way to go)
