Morning Newa in Bakersfield

KMJ does a solid morning news product 6-9am for the Fresno market. Bakersfield does not seem to have a similar commercial offering. What's going on here? Is it simply market differences or do Bakersfield listeners just have the option to switch to KNX or KMJ?
