Morning Show on 105.3 The Buzz???

I was listening to Whip on the buzz this morning and there were rejoiners that said "Whip & Jimmy in the Morning"... and everytime Whip came out of that, he said something like "Jimmy isn't here today" or "Jimmy's out".

Is this a shot across 99x's bow because Jimmy has been missing since his contract ran out, and yet the morning X keeps mentioning his name?

Is Jimmy going to go over to the building of death?

Is Whip going to create a mythical creature that speaks from his pants?

Either way, it was pretty damn funny this morning.

I turned in for a second and they were going to play some game with whomever because Jimmy was out today. I had a good laugh at that

That is funny. I dont know if the average listener would catch that.
I do love a GOOD RADIO WAR. 99X going downhill fast and the buzz with no where to go but up. This could be fun to listen too.

I agree. The "Jimmy" joke isn't funny to anyone but radio geeks, and there aren't a lot of us. It didn't seem like Jimmy really mattered to 99X's morning show, so he probably won't matter to buzz listeners either, but great for the radio WAR though.

"The Morning Buzz: Whip, Walley, and Jimmy"

I haven't listened much to 99x ... how much of a load of the show is Leslie having to do? I don't think she could be thrilled with it.
