Mornings on Tha B

Okay. So Paul Perry (ex B-101) has now successfully done mornings at Oldies stations in Boston and Chicago. But, after the "jacking" of his station in Chicago last Friday...what are the chances he comes back to Providence? Does anyone know if he enjoyed it here? After major market success, it's not unheard of for jocks to one day return to slightly smaller markets where they were once happy, or have family. Smaller paycheck, yet more enjoyable & less stressful.

Thoughts?

(ps: Not that I think TC should be replaced. He does a fine job. Better "friends" and a new name for the show would help, tho.)

The Bee in it's current state would be my choice if I had to pick a station. The Bee's current format is the most flexable right now and depending upon the show Fat's Domino on Sunday Night to John Couger would nt alienate listeners.

I actually like the change in "Friends" that they've made of late. I was no RMW fan, but I really like Carrie Rodriguez. She was great in Worcester, though I always pictured her more of a replacement for Jen Brien on WPRO rather than a B101 cohost because she actually has a brain. Steve Mac is always funny, though I don't think he spends enough time on the show.

I'm disappointed, Kenny. I had hoped it was because you were fixing your grammar and spelling.

Alas.
