Mornings on WJLT?

One questions where might be left to go?

Neil Karney (former WIKY GM) had a great critique for Joe. "Joe there's funny and there's (deleted) funny. You ain't (deleted) funny." Neil wasn't a big Joe fan though. He was at WIKY in the early 90's so he must be what now? 53 or so?

He was always able to glad hand and would be good in politics. He was always able to place a smile with the handshake and people regularly ate that up.

My favorite morning jock would probably be Sam Yates or Dale. Duckman was a favorite some years back with Julie Michaels.

Blair is still on the air as of this morning. But if the flip of WJLT to Ac happens, I fully expect Blair to disappear.

Good fo him. As a man who loves his wife and family, I respect his decision an wish him well.

Now I hear Johnny Kincaid is going to do mornings once Joe Blair leaves? What happened to Brian Jackson, I thought he was coming back to morning radio?

Johnny Kincaid is indeed taking over the morning show on 105.3. Taking Kincaid's place in the afternoons is Dave Westrich, who left radio about 20 years ago to become a teacher.

I had heard the Brian Jackson rumor, but evidently it didn't pan out.

Congrats Johnny Kincaid. WJLT is now non smoking in AM drive.
