Moseley Starlink ?

I'm looking for a good place to do a THD burst measurement with the Moseley 9003 Q starlink. Does anyone know if the Starlink truncates and dithers AES signals, or maybe just truncates. My guess is the output to the QAM section would be a good place to look. Moseley had to check with their engineers. I believe the A/D and AES cards may be done out of house. I'm looking for the best distortion measurement possible from the audio processor that feeds the Starlink. Thanks,
