Motorola 1310 AM Monitor Tuning Table needed

A fellow engineer loaned me a Motorola 1310 C-Quam AM Stereo monitor (ys I know it's dirt old) and I need to retune it to frequency. I have a PDF of the manual I found online but it doesn't include Table 1, the table to change the tuning on the mixer card (a truth table for an 8 position DIP switch).

Does anybody has a copy of the manual? Perhaps I could trouble someone to scan the table and send it to me via email?

I got one somewhere...let me see if I can dig it out and scan it in and I'll let ya know asap...
 
I'm still on the lookout for this tuning chart from the 1310 manual, so if anybody has this unit and the manual I could really use a scan of the switch table. Any assistance would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
