What in the hell happen? They been off the air since 6:00 this morning?

They finally listened to all the complaints that were being dished out around here, and pulled the plug.

Yayayayayzyaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D

Could be a technical problem w/ the transmitter...

What a shame. That was the most consistent sound the station's had in months (the dead air, I mean.) And it was commercial free! Which begs to reason, why NOT have a station that only broadcasts "white noise," "pink noise," etc (elements like a fluorescent buzz, a fan running, an ocean's 'swooshing,' etc.) You could drop subliminal spots into the background.

Name it "Breezy 107.5"? Or steal the moniker from the old Neil Diamond album..."Beautiful Noise"?

Actually it was an issue at the studio.

Power outage? Audio server crash? Someone spilled coffee on the console?

Inquiring minds want to know ;)

Looks like Mike continues to remain a faithful listener of 88.5. ;)

Could it have been an act of God? Divine intervention?

Too bad they didn't keep it silent, until switching back to Smooth Jazz.

Movin SUCKS !!

88.5 has replaced KZPS on the number 1 button and 101.1 has replaced 107.5 on the number 6 button.

Lacking that, I'd settle for some Dan Mason intervention. "Part of this will be about the core business, making sure we're making the right decisions from a programming standpoint as well as a sales standpoint." ---quote from the Wall Street Journal, shortly after Mason's return to CBS.

Movin' is not changing formats soon. Kurt Johnson said so and he's the man! ;D
