Move the guy to mornings, hire former NFL'er Andre Rison as co-host, and call it the "RISON-SHINE Show." Phew. 
If the station wants to drag in their target audience of younger Hispanic women, they'll have to fill the schedule with jocks. Hispanics seem to depend on radio for a sense of community and commonality, and you can't accomplish that with the schlock and voicetracking that corporate radio feeds to the white folks. I don't know if the CBS Model will allow for the amount of DJ interaction that a Hispanic listener requires.

No, I don't know who off'ed themselves from the NFL, but definitely not Rison. He was the former boyfriend of the late Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez of T.L.C. (90s R&B group that did "Waterfalls,") who burned his house down in a fit of anger back in 1994. I believe he was also a close friend of O.J. Simpson.
