There are moving vans at the old WARM Building today. Either Robert Irsay is sneaking into town or Route 81 finally made their fabled move.....
 
NFL announces the relocation of the Colts to Wilkes Barre/Scranton....team head quarters in the old WARM building...
 
The WNAK funeral home studios are being cleaned out; possibly that's part of it. But I don't think they'd need a moving van, unless there were some old caskets in the cellar and an embalming table.
 
Having worked in that old funeral home (nights, no less), I can tell you that it was a spooky place at times. Things would turn on/off on their own, I constantly heard someone in the upstairs in Bob N's "apartment" (even when nobody was up there), and I would NEVER go in the basement.

Could have been a good place for a Sci-Fi special!

Yeah, a heavy metal version of "Play Misty For Me". Lots of material there for a screen play. "Scario Radio" "Dead Air" "WDOA"
 
There is a closet made out of an old plank casket down there.
