Ok, Ok… Mike you’ve shown me the error of my ways!

I going to throw my little IPOD FM modulator in the garbage and be happy listening to the Good Time Oldies by myself.

You won’t have Mp3RadioGuy to kick around any more!

Over and Out.

:(

Are you really doing that with an UNMODIFIED iPod FM modulator hooked to your TV antenna? Wow!

I won't turn you in for playing music I like...rock on!

I was picking up a station in Lexington tonight on 98.5. It was pretty strong. The best frequency I could find tonight tuning around was 100.1.

Good tunes tonight, you know your oldies! Gotta be an old cogger like me to remember The Singing Nun...wow! I knew you couldn't be discouraged that easily. Oldies Radio is like a drug.

From where I live I can only hear you in the car.

Mike…I’m so sorry.

I just couldn’t stop myself from going on the air and sharing those Good Time Oldies.

I know now that I’ve got a sickness, but I also know that it’s not my fault either. It’s the disease taking control.

It’s called the “Undocumented Radio Good Time Oldies Syndrome”. Better known to many of you as URGTOS. I believe I’m going to have to get medical help and maybe even to go into detox! I’ve read where years of therapy may be necessary. It’s not going to be easy but I know there is a Pill I can take to cure me of my URGTOS. Maybe my medical insurance will cover it. I’m going to watch the ABC, CBS and NBC newscasts tonight to see if there is a medication for my URGTOS. I just hope that the side effects of the medication won’t be too great…like uncontrollable vomiting, or losing control of your bladder while driving a car, or an erection that lasts for days.

I also hope that my family will understand and the FCC will have pity on me.

With your prayers and support I know I can conquer this damn disease!

Seriously, last night you played a lot of songs I really like that I thought no one else remembered. Modulation was always good so I assume you are using some kind of compressor/limiter and an iPod doesn't segue that well.

I have a very good idea where you are but I won't tell, I'm on your side. Contrary to popular belief it doesn't take fancy equipment to locate a signal.

Thanks, fellow “geezer”!
Actually everything I play made the Billboard Top 40 charts.

Gonna try to do all polkas on Thanksgiving. Got to be a treat for all the “Yankees”.

Let's see you must be from Buffalo, Cleveland, Pittsburgh or Chicago....all big Polka towns!

Ah yes all the songs made the top 40 but many haven't seen the light of day for years!
