In my opinion, he's a great guy, & he's smart! - met him a few times during shows @Amos' Southend & at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre.
He used to work at WDVE/Pittsburgh.
He has had offers to work in Chicago, Dallas & California.
The reason why he's in Charlotte is that he wants to stay as close as possible to his son who lives in Myrtle Beach.

That's wasn't me, but thanks for the kind words! I love what I'm doing and have a great time doing it. Say what you want about CC, but they have my loyalty....As the pevious post pointed out, I could be anywhere, but with my kid in Myrtle Beach, I need to be in Charlotte. And CC makes it easy to stay here. Between the Fox gig and my V/T'ing stuff, it's more than worth my while..
And congratulations to Packer and 'FNZ for their strong showing in the ratings. From what I hear, they do a great job (Honestly, I've never listened. I am WORKING at the same time). But what they do is 180 degree's from what we do at the Fox. They talk, I rock. There's room for both of us....
