You sir have managed to do what many thought impossible; take Channel 8 deeper into the depths of mediocrity. No one can argue that you have the authority, and some may say the right, to hire people of your own choosing. Yet when one looks at the talent that has departed Channel 8 over the past two years, and then judge the replacements you have personally hired, one must come to the conclusion that your decisions are flawed. Those who breathed life into WROC TV have been replaced with individuals woefully inexperienced to the task of making your television operation viable and competitive. Like a house of cards, eventually the entire structure will collapse. What is truly shameful is that you won’t be around to see this demise. You will be long gone and someone else will have to come in and pick up the debris.
