Mr. Krok

totally agree with above. Election night was horrible. Would not let the guest get a word in without doing an obnoxious laugh and yelling. Enjoy his takes on a lot of things and even gets a laugh out every once and awhile, but the yelling is annoying.

Agreed. Then again, it would have to be hard not to scream if you were stuck in a room with Tom Houck.

LOL, Old Guy in the peanut gallery, I agree. They say that Krok is to be Boortz's replacement when he retires. I say Krok ain't the one; I say this just may be his best time slot. Care to share your thoughts on Krok?

The yelling is annoying; but the worst part is Chris' habit of berating anyone who disagrees with his view on anything. He claims to be Conservative but seems to want Government to expand to the point of protecting folks from stupidity. Chris, You cannot be both Conservative and want the Government to do everything for everybody! Remember when he railed against cell phones for kids because He didn't need one growing up But never mentioned that there are no longer pay phones available for checking in with parents. He'll also *never* grasp the GA custom of 'Vote Dry, Drink Wet!'

I'm not sure I have a firm opinion on him at this point, or at least not a fair one with enough information to base it on. I catch a little bit of his show now & again, but haven't listened consistently or for extended periods. On that limited sample, I think he's pretty average overall, occasional good moments with periods of nothing special. The election night stuff was borderline painful to listen to though.

As for replacing Neal, I suppose anything is possible but I'd say he's actually closer to being suited to replace the nighttime guy on 1510 WLAC (whose name escapes me at the moment) than he is to a big time shift in a major market.

If WSB replaced Boortz with Krok I hope the Cox sisters buy stock in CC first. That would leave the AJC as their Flagship and they would see the Poorhouse before the grave. :)

They are paying him pennies and likely have no intention of paying him anymore and the thought of him replacing Boortz isnt likely...remember they had Royal Marshall doing a show at night too and they were prepping him too - too bad he sounded like @#ht and they had to quickly send him and his Duhh and Dhat back to Boortz....

This guy will last until he starts screaming for more (money and shifts) and they will find some other worthless and unknowing anchor.

Then perhaps his whining about the vacation hassle with his Wife last night will signal the 'beginning of the end' and they'll replace him with Mark Levin.
