MRS Ventures: What's happening with them now?

It seems that we haven't heard anything about Craig & Dawn Eastham's lawsuit against MRS Ventures in quite a while. Last we heard they wanted their 350Gs. Has anything been done about it or did Russell settle it out of court?

I'm just curious about it to see if they (MRS) secured the four stations or if Craig and Dawn retrieved them. <P ID="signature">______________
