By virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the Honorable 114th Judicial District Court of SMITH County on the 8th day of March, 2006 by the Clerk thereof, in the case of


SMITH COUNTY VS.
COMMUNITY BROADCAST GROUP, INC.


Cause #20,758-B and to me, as SHERIFF directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell, at 10:00 OCLOCK A.M. on the 4TH DAY OF APRIL, 2006 which is the first Tuesday of said month, at the WEST door of the Courthouse of said SMITH County, in the City of TYLER, Texas, the following described property, to wit:

Tract 2: Being 17.557 acres, more or less, a part of the Hezekiah George survey, abstract 367, Smith County, Texas and being the property described in that certain warranty deed recorded at volume 3408, page 343, deed records of Smith County, Texas, and being the same property described on the tax rolls and records of the Smith County Tax Office under account number 1-00000-0367-01-018020.

Levied on the 8th day of March, 2006 as the property of


COMMUNITY BROADCAST GROUP, INC.


to satisfy a judgment amounting to $7,096.87, representing delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, and attorney’s fees through the date of judgment, plus all costs of court, costs of sale, and post judgment penalties and interest recoverable by law in favor of SMITH COUNTY.
