Where is she from, she kinda has a weird accent, don't know if its foreign or just NYC or Wisconsin...or none of the above...thanks..
 
Are you referring to Fox 29's Sally Ann Mosey, formerly of WNBC/New York?
 
Born and raised in Buffalo, worked in New Haven, Philly, New York, and now back to Philly. I'm glad to see her back here, always enjoyed her work.
 
Yes she is the one, so its a Buffalo accent', I do agree she is a good sight for sore eyes and a great Meterologist to boot...

I just spit my coffee all over my desk. Am I reading this correctly? Sallyann Mosey is a "great meteorologist?" And she might be the "next Conan O'Brien?" "NBC's loss is Fox's gain?" If you'll remember correctly, NBC yanked her from their wknd am shift before her contract was even up. They paid her to get off the air. She then tried for a spot in Buffalo, but Maria got that. So she ended up @ the basement-dwelling FOX 29. Many people still assume she has compromising pics of someone @ the station. Hundreds of msgs have been written on facebook regarding the viewers' disgust that Fox put her in Serio's spot. Her accent is atrocious. If it's a day where she can make it through 50% of her sentences without stumbling, it's a good day. And I'm sorry, but the question begs to be asked: Just how sore ARE your eyes, if looking at Mosey brings pleasant relief? Good god.
 
She is not more disgusting or obnoxious than that no-nothing/talent female sidekick of Mike, but we all know why she is there, now why is Sally Ann there???

You and I are on the same page with regard to Jerrick's co-host. There once was a time when a "news" anchor had to have brains and at least a bit of personality. But one must keep in mind...this is FOX 29 we're talking about. The bar is set extremely low.

I know this is quite old, but she was actually born in South Jersey, but raised near Buffalo.
