No he's not. He said in the videos that MSNBC management wanted him to "A" (Tone it down) & he chose to do "B" instead because toning it down just didn't fit his style (Which it doesn't if you've ever seen him with Pat Robertson on)He's acting as if his employer shouldn't be able to tell him what to do.
