MSNBC HQ to New Yourk City

They'd be better off moving every thing to Secaucus.
Or back to Charlotte.
Just being in New York adds a ton of overhead and on top of that costs from union contracts.
Moving everything away from New York - keeping people away from those Manhattan clubs and parties and canceling all subscriptions to the Times - might even result in a better news product with a world-view the rest of the country can relate to.
