MSNBC Ignores London Terror Plot

They probably figured that their audience doesn't know (or care) where London is.
A car bombing in London is news, but it didn't go off and there was no real information to share, just that there was a car bomb and it didn't go off. Everything else was pure speculation, so how much time does this story really deserve? I would much rather learn about what Dick Cheny and his youthful ward George Bush are doing to this country and their "new" view of our Constitution. Fox doesn't cover that and for me thats much more important information. Either way, Its good to have a variety of viewpoints, don't you think.

Exactly. It didn't need hours and hours of breathless coverage.

And for good reason

This terrorism scare was whipped up by the British government to keep the press from writing about how Tony Blair is a crook and a poodle of the Bush family. Blair's last day as Prime Minister was Thursday.

Never mind that a car bomb in London is not a common Al Quaeda tactic, but a common one by the IRA. Everyone trying to use this in terms of the "war on terra" is being extremely disingenuous.

Excellent point, especially when there is a new Prime Minister.

MSNBC is the worst inconsistent cable channel in the USA and needs to shut down now. I think that everyone will be ok with just 2 cable news channels in the USA.

Too bad you are the only one on earth who thinks that Julius.

In fact, I'm beginning to think you're a lapdog for Faux De Pau News Channel and are getting paid to say those things at every chance you get.

Just my blunt opinion....

Cheers :D

No, I'm not being paid by FNC to say that. Just my own opinion.

Could be fooling a lot of us here. You seem to be a Pro-Right Wingist (And you know as well as we do just how much the political Right Wing despises the so-called "mainstream" media, Julius).

Just MY own opinion.....

Cheers :D

London Terror Plot

Any more than Fox News Channel has deciced (and admitted)
cutting way back on daily war reports from Iraq? As I remember,
MSNBC (along with FNC, CNN and the others) reported on this
ad-nauseum for days. I don't recall there being any "new" news
about those events yesterday, so if Keith Olbermann's show
went a whole hour without re-hashing everything we'd already
heard for 5 days, I applaud them.
