MSNBC To Tweak Daytime News Programming (Again)?

Didn't MSNBC try this several months ago? I remember Dr Nancy had a show around Noontime and Dylan Ratigan had a mid morning show before being pulled into the 4pm slot.
 
Ah, yes. The now-defunct "Morning Meeting."

"Clear your calendar," said the promos.

Can't imagine why that show didn't last...
