Are there any FM station transmitter sites on top of Mt. Lee, if so which one/ones?
If you don't know the mountain was named after west coast Cadillac car distributor and Radio/TV pioneer Don Lee, after the father passed his son Thomas S. Lee put on KTSL Channel 2 (prior to that it was experimental station W6XAO), which was sold in 1950 to CBS becoming KNXT, now KCBS-TV.
When Lee put on the TV station it was located on this mountain, today the KCBS-TV is on Mt. Wilson.
The Lee's were also early radio station owners.
