I had been doing high school basketball podcasts for my "station" on Podomatic with two GE headset mics splittered into both the microphone and headphone jacks. I also have a Logitech USB headset mic for podcasting purposes that works fine on my laptop (A.K.A. "my moblie studio"), but only works when nothing is in the "actual" microphone jack. I only use it when I only need one mic, and I like it because there's only one cord from the headset to the USB end, taking up less space than the GE mics. I'm looking into buying another USB headset mic or two for my "station".
Would any two USB headset mics work, or would I need two of the same brand (like Logitech)? Also, is there some kind of USB splitter that lets you put two or more USB inputs in the same USB slot?
