From RadioInsight's FCC report:

"The FCC has noted that the following stations have failed to file their license renewal applications and if they do not do so by their August 1 expiration the licenses will expire:
■ Plains Independent School District’s 90.3 KPHS Plains TX
■ Cobra Broadcasting LLC’s 95.9 KBRA Freer TX
■ Jesus Pena Acosta’s 98.5 KJJT Los Ybanez TX
■ Stellar Media’s 1230 KOZA Odessa TX
■ Chapel of Light’s 1530 KLBW New Boston TX
■ Bravo Broadcasting Company’s 1550 KIRT Mission TX"

KBRA has filed a renewal! They also upgraded their power system in 2019 and apparently got back on.
I'm not sure what they're playing as of right now.

If I recall correctly, Plains ISD turned in their license a few months ago.

If I'm not mistaken, KLBW may he the station I'm thinking of that needed a complete overhaul or an outlay of enough cash to make rebuilding a questionable deal.

RadioInsight has posted again saying:

"The following stations were deleted for failing to file their license renewal applications:
■ Stellar Media’s 1230 KOZA Odessa TX
■ Chapel of Light’s 1530 KLBW New Boston TX
■ Plains Independent School District’s 90.3 KPHS Plains TX"

One of the six stations I originally posted about was saved (KBRA), the others not so much as KJJT was also deleted. I posted about KJJT in another thread. As for KIRT they haven't even been granted their renewal from 2013, and never filed one either for 2021 so I assume it's also done.

As for the surviving station, KBRA, I have no idea what it's playing but their Wikipedia says news/talk.
