Music Choice CHR Hit List

Now that I have Digital Cable I have been listening to Music Choice channels at night and Hit List is the one I've enjoyed the most. Pop Hits isn't half bad either. Anyways my questions are what does everyone else think of it and I was also wondering if the same person programs every Music Choice station or if different people program each one separately?
