Music of the Decades Poll

Every morning Fox10Phoenix does an informal (and unscientific) poll of some sort. This morning it was "What Decade Had The Best Music"?

Here are the results:

28 % 80s
15 % 90s
1 % 10s
0 % 00s

The TV station poll concept itself gives the audience the rare opportunity to show up on Television.
Maybe a viewer's rush of emotion...?

The show features a lot of female and human interest stories but as far as viewer's ages.....dunno. I like it because most of their features are local (vs the national variety of NBC and CBS).

Pretty sure TV news viewers across the board -- local or national -- skew over 50 years old, with almost no viewership among kids and teens and very little among those in their 20s. Television is just not on their media radar for information in 2021.
