I noticed on the Illinois board that a station in Lena, Illinois (Q102) is marketing itself on-air and on it's website (url below) as Music Radio. Is Music Radio still protected by a Service Mark from WLS?http://www.wekz.com/bigradio/main.cfm?view=q102

I noticed on the Illinois board that a station in Lena, Illinois (Q102) is marketing itself on-air and on it's website (url below) as Music Radio. Is Music Radio still protected by a Service Mark from WLS?http://www.wekz.com/bigradio/main.cfm?view=q102

I thought the service mark was "WLS Musicradio 89"--it wasn't "Music Radio."
