I Love this Saturday morning show on WEEI. I don't know why this show get so much hate on this radio board. I'm listening to them right now and I'm am enjoying it.

It's not completely them, but more their callers. Their show is a haven for the most notorious of the so called celebrity callers. They have a menagerie of callers that regularly call every Saturday(this has been the subject of jokes on other shows for years) and always say the same thing in one form or another. Most of these callers only call their show because they are ridiculed and blown up on other shows. The show has been nicknamed Yankee Talk by Pete Gustin because the majority of the obnoxious callers are Yankee fans. Not only do these two candy a**es take their calls, but they leave them on the air, unchallenged, for 10-15 minutes at a time to trash the Red Sox and Boston.

As to the talent. Mustard is a smarmy, condescending, jerk who is despised by everyone at WEEI. He started out as morning drive and crashed and burned his way to weekends while he teaches school during the week.. He is also a classmate and good friend of Keith Olbermann.......that should tell you something. Johnson is a cartoonist who has been exposed by Bruce Allen and others as a plagiarist. Put in the horrible Boston accent, the bad grammar, and the lack of sports knowledge and you have Larry Johnson.

I haven't listened to this mess in years, but I can tell by the way they talk about it on the other shows, that nothing has changed. Listen for a while and you too may want to add to the vitriol.
 
Craig goes way back to the very old days at WEEI Sportsradio, doesn't he? Can he cut the
_mustard_ these days? Do listeners relish him, will they ketchup with his show? :) Pair him
up with Jerrod Mayo of the Pats...Mustard and Mayo!

Andy Moes hosted the first morning drive show on WEEI following the flip from all-news. After Andy was fired, Mustard and Tom Doyle took over morning drive.

Oh good..YouTube used to have an old ad for WEEI (maybe when they were still at 590).
Jingle: "Fun... (unintellible) and Eddie...Games...Celtics and Bruins. Sports-radio, W-E-E-I!"
Not sure if it's still up. Not sure who the first name "sung" was.
