I have to feel badly for Mut. He did everything asked of him in the last decade plus, working just about every shift at WEEI. Perhaps he will end up back in NH, where he started.

I have to believe this is a move of someone with power not liking Mut. How much could he make? $75-$100k a year? With a $4mill loss (if true) , the bigger cuts are soon to come.
Well I guess we'll have to see what the afternoon show ends up looking like, but for now it just looks as simple as when people's contracts come to an end they're being let go and the remaining talent gets spread out to fill the gaps.
