Last night it was coming in like a local here in north Alabama. They are a classic hits format with a lot of sweepers, but no ads or IDs. I was hearing them from 8-9pm central. Thanks.
I'm in Texas, too, and really not that far from you but I haven't heard them yet; I guess I'll have to go with something a little more directional. The station is still a daytimer (limited by WCCO, of course) but I noticed that they apparently have post-sunset authority, which I suppose is the same as when they were in Kennett. In August it calls for them to reduce power from 10,000 to 103 watts at 7:45 PM and then chop it all the way down to 10 watts, with sign-off required at 9:45. For the previous posters, does it seem like a 103 (or 10) watt non-directional signal or something a lot more potent?
