My "Christmas Stuff" page

I have a web page presenting Christmas-related radio material. I have finally completed it, after working since a week before Christmas to put it together, with an aircheck of KLZE in Los Altos, CA from Christmas, 1986. The page is here:

With Christmastime over, I have taken down the "Christmas Stuff" page, and will bring it back on or before Thanksgiving of this year to start it all up again. Thanks to everyone for your interest!

Christmas Stuff is back!
This year, there's still the airchecks of KZLE and those LA stations, as well as other things I've added this year that I hope you'll all find interesting. The new address is

With Christmastime over, I have now taken down "Christmas Stuff". Here's hoping I can do it again on the day before this coming Thanksgiving.
Thanks to everybody for visiting!

I have just re-launched "Christmas Stuff" for Christmastime of '09!

Hope you enjoy it!
Dang, I wish someone would bring easy-listening back! What is KLZE nowadays (different call letters or not?), and what do they play?

The old KLZE became "Hot 97.7", a top 40 station in the late '80s. Probably 1987 or 1988 IIRC. That station had a pretty good run, with a popular morning show. That lasted until 1995 when it was sold to Susquehanna and became a South Bay relay of San Francisco's KFOG. It remains that today, with a Triple-A format.
