Why is it that.....My Ding-Dang Grocery Store has better music than the stations....here, in the market that I live in?

I grabbed one of them short, midget buggies, and went toolin' around the produce, the deli, and etc......

"You Can't Get What You Want...." by Joe Jackson........."I'm Not The One" by The Cars.

All these songs that allegedly...."Didn't Test Well"!

Any pencilneck, pea brain, Consultant out there wanna........make swing at explaining it all to us?
