My Fi question

Hey, Just got a My Fi. I know this has been posted before, but is there any way to actually upload the programming you record on the My Fi directly to the computer. Yeah, I know you can run the audio from the line out to the line in of the computer and manually record the audio, but I'm talking about transfering the audio files directly to the computer ala an IPod. I'm not so much interested in doing this for music channels, as I can use the audio from DirectTV and get better quality, but I would like to be able to upload talk shows and stuff from Sonic Theatre. Anyone know how to do this?

You can't pull anything off of the MyFi by design. There is no port to plug into, for starters.<P ID="signature">______________

I have a Roady2 with built-in FM modulator. I placed an MP3 player with FM recording capability nearby, and recorded the file on the MP3 player. Although I haven't tried it yet, I see no reason why I can't download the file from the MP3 player to my computer, then burn a CD. I plan to try it soon.

Should work, but you could just run the audio from the line out of the Roady 2 directly to the sound card and record the mp3 that way. Either way, you still have to record it manually. If a show runs 4 hours, it will take 4 hours to record it. Then, for say a talk show where you may not want the commercial breaks, you have to actually sit down and edit them out, bhich can be time consuming.
