My Little Margie

I was watching on an internet TV station a rerun of the old 1952-55 TV series
'My Little Margie' which starred Gale Storm. in the credits it had, executive
producer Hal Roach Jr. Is this the same individual who produced the old 'Our
Gang' comedy shorts for MGM in the '30s and '40s? also in the credits of the
series was something like 'a Roland Reed Production.' what other shows on TV
did these folks produce? the last time I watched this was back in 1981 on
what was then CBN Satellite Network (now ABC Family). this show seems like it
was a lot more funnier than the sitcoms of today. who currently owns the rights
now? I notice it is in the public domain. I couldn't see a network like Fox,
ABC, or WB run this in prime-time on a given night where it would fail in a
heartbeat!

I believe Hal Roach Jr. was/is the son of the producer of
the "Our Gang" shorts and also Laurel and Hardy's shorts.
Hal Roach Sr. lived past 100; I think he died in
the 1990s.

Roland Reed also produced "Mark Saber Mystery Theater" and
"Beulah," both of which aired on ABC in the early 1950s
